Improving interpersonal relationships at home and at work

Understanding conflict and its dynamics is central to making a lasting change to our relationships in any sphere of our lives. On this course, we share with you a number of different ways of analysing what is going on under the surface of conflict behaviours – out of sight, issues around identity, emotions, power and gender are all playing their part in keeping the struggle going. You will leave with tools to analyse situations and to work out where to start to make a change.

‘I can see how this could greatly improve my relationships at work and at home, as well as helping me understand myself more. Really good two days.’
